Construction is in Matt’s blood, grandfathers, father, and brothers all being part of the industry. Matt works closely with his brother Callum who heads up the commercial construction side of the business.
With 20 plus years of building (starting on the broom in pre teens) in both NZ and the UK Matt has vast experience in building for both the residential and commercial sectors. being a licensed building practitioner, qualified carpenter and adding a bachelors degree in commerce means Matt has the paperwork to back up his experience.
Matt leads a strong team, which he is immensely proud of, They are highly skilled and professional bunch, 20 staff currently operating right across the South Island, creating an enjoyable family friendly work environment is a key objective for his staff.
Adding value at every step of the construction process and being accountable are huge drivers in Matts interactions with clients and staff.
